Yes, we have a professional, on-site maintenance team 7 days a week, and emergency maintenance services 24/7.

You can call or email Resident Services or submit a request via our online Resident Portal.

We address all maintenance requests within 24-48 hours. Emergencies are prioritized.

No, you can give us permission to enter your apartment when not home.

During business hours, come direct to Resident Services for assistance.

Yes, reasonable modifications to the apartment are permitted as long as they can be repaired at the time of move-out. Our one-time, move-in fee covers wear and tear, along with any décor hanging and paint. You are not required to repair before move-out.

The pool is open for swimming between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Yes, we have underground, climate-controlled, garage parking with direct building access.

Evert apartment is accessorized with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, washer and dryer.

Every apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Our pet fees are $500 for dogs and $350 for cats.

Our Resident Services team logs all packages and sends an alert to pick up.

Our state-of-the-art fitness center features Peloton, treadmills, ellipticals, Stairmaster, row machine, ropes, free weights, leg and chest press, a punching bag and TRX straps.

Our amenities are complimentary. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.

There is a $900 move-in fee for 1 bedroom apartments, and a $1,125 move-in fee for 2 bedroom apartments.

You will have the option to set up automatic payments or make a one-time payment in our online Resident Portal.

We set up your internet and water/sewer. You are responsible for setting up your gas (Elizabethtown Gas), electric (PSEG), and cable (DBL).

Guests are allowed. Only two guests are allowed at the pool per resident at a time.

No, we do not allow subleasing.
